five star Availability & ordering:
Five Star Race Car Body Panels & Components are available throughout North America from our nationwide dealer network.We encourage all customers to buy from our stocking dealers. If the dealer in your area knows the body style you are running, they will stock the items you need. Also, through our dealer incentives, many times a dealer can SAVE you money on shipping charges. Search for the dealer nearest to you on our website. If there is no dealer in your area, purchases can be made directly from Five Star. If you have any questions, we would be happy to answer them for you!
five star direct orders:
Five Star Race Car Bodies a division of Five Star Fabricating, Inc. normal business hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm CST. Most small package component and accessory orders can be shipped same day via FedEx, Spee-Dee (Midwest) or UPS Ground Delivery Service if received by 1:30pm CST. Orders received after 1:30 pm CST will be shipped the next business day. Large orders requiring Truck Freight Delivery usually ships within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped FCA Five Star Fabricating, Twin Lakes, Wisconsin freight collect. All deliveries must be pre-paid with credit card, cashier's check, money order, bank wire or certified check prior to shipment.
Warranty:
Due to the intended use of these products in racing, Five Star Fabricating, Inc. makes no statement of warranty or guarantee, written or oral, expressed or implied. Once the part is installed, the purchaser must assume all responsibility arising from malfunction, damage or misuse. No employee or officer of Five Star Fabricating, Inc. or its distributors has any authority to make statements contrary to these terms and conditions.

Payment Options:
All orders shipped must be pre-paid for the full amount of the order inclusive of tax and freight. Five Star Race Car Bodies accepts all major credit cards, Cashier's Checks, Certified Checks, Money Orders or a Wire Transfer from any US-based bank. Your order will ship immediately following our receipt of your payment.
PRODUCT RETURNS:
A list of the items to be returned must be received by Five Star Fabricating, Inc. for review before any items will be accepted. No obsolete parts or parts that are no longer manufactured will be accepted. Upon reviewing the item list, Five Star Fabricating, Inc. will provide a Returned Materials Authorization Number (RMA) for the items that will be accepted for credit consideration.
Parts to be returned must be shipped freight prepaid to Five Star Fabricating, Inc. 36728 89th Street, Twin Lakes, WI 53181 (Collect shipments will not be accepted.) Items to be returned for credit consideration must be in new, undamaged condition. Damaged items will not be eligible for credit and can be returned to you at your discretion. If any damage is caused by the return shipping and handling process, it will be your responsibility to file a claim with the return carrier. A re-stocking charge of 20% will be charged on all returns. No returns on special order items.
