At the Dirt Late Model Dream at Eldora Speedway, MD3 Breakaway Plastic Spoilers and Right Front Lower Fenders once again proved their value as racers dealt with the punishment that comes with competing at one of dirt racing’s most demanding venues. Teams and crew members regularly stopped by the Five Star Road Tour display to purchase replacement components and discuss the latest products, while racers continued to emphasize the industry-wide demand for lighter, more durable, and easier-to-mount body panels. Five Star also debuted new lightweight long-sleeve hoodie T-shirts, which quickly became a popular item among racers and fans, while the introduction of a new Square point-of-sale system made purchasing products and apparel easier than ever. One of the weekend’s highlights was spending time with Greg Boettcher of Ian Boettcher Race Parts in Australia, a major supporter and distributor of Five Star and MD3 products used across Dirt Late Models, Super Sedans, and other racing divisions throughout Australia. Despite Eldora’s crowded pit area making vendor access challenging, teams continued to stop by the display to see products firsthand and browse the growing apparel lineup. The atmosphere surrounding the Dirt Late Model Dream and FloRacing Night in America was unmatched, bringing together the best teams, drivers, and fans in dirt racing. Among the standout cars on display was Carson Hocevar’s Chili’s-sponsored Longhorn Chassis entry from Spire Motorsports, one of the sharpest-looking Dirt Late Models in the pit area. For Dan Robinson, one of the most memorable moments came Thursday night when he joined Bobby Pierce and his team in Victory Lane, celebrating another major win with one of Five Star and MD3’s longtime supporters. Looking ahead, the Road Tour heads to Wilmot Raceway for the UMP Summer Nationals, where Dan will return to his home track and continue connecting with racers while gathering feedback from the industry.
