Five Star Road Tour at Kings Royal Week at Eldora Speedway

Trackside Recap with Dan Robinson

At Kings Royal week at Eldora Speedway, Five Star continued building momentum around its new Sprint Car body as racers, crew members, and team owners stopped by throughout the four-day event to discuss chassis compatibility, weight, durability, pricing, and overall performance. With nearly 60 of the nation's top Sprint Car teams representing High Limit Racing, the World of Outlaws, and the Pennsylvania Posse, the event provided another valuable opportunity to gather feedback and observe how leading teams continue refining their aerodynamic packages. The engineering team closely studied airflow characteristics, vent configurations, and body setups at one of the fastest and most demanding tracks in sprint car racing while also previewing plans for an all-new Sprint Car display that will debut at Knoxville for the 360 and 410 Nationals. Dan Robinson spent considerable time with Greg Wheeler of Greg Wheeler Motorsports, discussing the team's program and passion for competing at the highest level of Sprint Car racing. Although Eldora's crowded infield presents challenges for vendors, the racers who stopped by were highly engaged and eager to learn more about Five Star's expanding Sprint Car lineup. One of the weekend's standout moments was seeing Donny Schatz debut a new car equipped with a Five Star prepreg composite body that performed exceptionally well throughout the event. The emotional highlight came Saturday night when Anthony Macri overcame two previous back injuries to capture his second consecutive Kings Royal victory, igniting a celebration among the Pennsylvania Posse. With apparel sales remaining strong, the Road Tour now shifts its attention back to Dirt Late Model racing for the FloRacing Night in America event and the prestigious Prairie Dirt Classic at Fairbury Speedway, where Five Star will once again showcase its full Sprinter display to one of the largest crowds on the dirt racing calendar.
