FIVE STAR EXPANDS WITH NEW CONCORD, NC FACILITY

Concord, NC – June 26, 2025 — Five Star Bodies, a leading manufacturer of race car bodies and motorsports components, has officially expanded operations with the opening of a new, state-of-the-art distribution facility in Concord, North Carolina.
Strategically located just minutes from the heart of NASCAR country, the new facility is purpose-built to provide faster turnaround times, expanded inventory, and stronger day-to-day support for race teams and dealers across the Southeastern U.S.
“This expansion is all about serving our customers better and faster,” said Corey Schultz, Vice President of Five Star Bodies.
The move from Five Star’s previous Troutman location to Concord is part of a long-term growth strategy designed to improve operational efficiency and regional accessibility. Five Star’s main manufacturing operations and headquarters in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin, remain unchanged—continuing to serve as the core hub for engineering, fabrication, and production.

Why the Concord Expansion Matters
- Faster Turnaround: Localized inventory and streamlined logistics enable quicker order fulfillment and pickups.
- Increased Inventory: Stocked with core product lines to meet high-demand needs throughout race season.
- Stronger Connections: Closer proximity to race teams, shops, and tracks improves service and support.
The company shared the news on social media with a shout-out to the team behind the move:
“Huge thanks to our team for helping move operations from Troutman to Concord. That was a BIG job—and they crushed it.”
The Concord facility is now fully operational and fulfilling orders.
