At the Knoxville Nationals at Knoxville Raceway, Five Star capped off a major two-week stretch of Sprint Car racing by showcasing its Premium Prepreg Carbon Fiber Body to teams, racers, and fans from across the United States and Australia. After featuring the white Cup Carbon Fiber Composite Blend body during the 360 Nationals, the Prepreg Carbon Fiber version gave visitors another firsthand look at the premium materials, precise fit, lightweight construction, and aerodynamic design available in the Five Star Sprint Car body lineup. Throughout the weekend, racers continued asking for solutions that combine aero performance, durability, and consistent fit, while several teams also shared ideas for potential future products as Five Star's reputation continues to grow within the Sprint Car industry. Dan Robinson spent considerable time with longtime development partner Schnee-Lawson Chassis, where Brian Schnee shared that Xavier Doney's Five Star Prepreg Carbon Fiber Body has made it through nearly a full season of racing without a nick, cut, or blemish, reinforcing the value racers see in paying more up front for products that perform and last. Five Five Star-bodied cars competed during the weekend, including entries driven by Donny Schatz, Sammy Swindell, Tyler “Sunshine” Courtney, Xavier Doney, and Logan Julien, with each car showcasing the body in a unique configuration. Schatz captured the Hard Knox Feature after weather shifted the event into Saturday afternoon, while Courtney charged from 21st to 13th in the A-Main. One of the most memorable moments of the weekend came when Sammy Swindell made several laps in his iconic TMC Trucking No. 1 before the feature, bringing back memories for longtime Sprint Car fans. Swindell had also taken a hard tumble earlier in the weekend in his Five Star-bodied Schnee-Lawson Chassis, making it especially encouraging to see him walk away uninjured and the body withstand the impact exceptionally well. The 65th running of the Knoxville Nationals once again showed why Knoxville is known as the Sprint Car Capital of the World, with generations of racers, officials, teams, and fans coming together for one of the most historic events on the short track racing calendar. With Knoxville complete, the Road Tour now turns its attention back to Dirt Late Model racing and Eldora Speedway for the World 100, one of the biggest and most prestigious events of the season.
