Trackside Recap with Dan Robinson
We had a strong showing with racers and fans alike. We officially showcased our new MD3 Scuff Plates in retail packaging, which drew a lot of attention and immediate sales—including to NASCAR Weekly Racing Series top-10 driver Mitch Keeter, who also picked up rivets, hood pins, and one of our always-popular T-shirts. Many racers stopped by to take a closer look at the DLM quarter panel and standard body bracing, which sparked conversations about improved bracing options and once again brought up requests for Longhorn-specific fit doors and quarters. We also noticed several teams running Stakt left sides, reinforcing the opportunity for us to expand the MD3 lineup with an updated right side and potential left side options. This grassroots, regional stop was especially valuable since we don’t often get to display at REVIVAL Series events, and it gave us the chance to connect face-to-face with officials, teams, and fans who don’t typically get to see our products in person. As always, racers wanted to know “what’s new,” and the ability to touch and feel the parts in our booth generated excitement in a way that online browsing never can. Our Five Star T-shirts continued to be a hot item at the track, adding to the energy of the weekend. All in all, it was a successful stop, and we’re looking forward to the next one: the World of Outlaws Late Model Series event at Highland Speedway on August 13th, always a great show at a fan-favorite Illinois bullring.
