Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager will be the primary contact for all functions as they relate to several specific customers. Being the liaison between the customer, production staff and management for product development, production and completion schedules. Manage entire projects from the quoting to final production. Continually search for new sales opportunities that fit our manufacturing capabilities. Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing quick and accurate service in a professional manner. Ability to work flexible hours and over time when necessary with regular business travel required.

Human Resources

We have an immediate opening for the position of Human Resources. As a specialized member of our administrative team, this hands-on Human Resources role will oversee many functions as they relate to the Human Resources system currently in place. Employee recruitment, training and labor relations. Serving employees in the areas of time and attendance, compensations and benefits and safety. Maintaining and enhancing the organization’s planning, implementing, and evaluating of employee relations and company policies, programs and practices. Continual focus on efficiency and improvement in all areas as they relate to the Company’s Human Resource Program.
